Mon-Sat · 08:00-20:00 · Tallinn and Harju County

We take the rubbish away. One sofa or a whole site.

Send a photo of what has to go. We reply with a price and a time within the hour, then load it, take it to a licensed handler and sweep up after ourselves.

Who we are

We work across Tallinn and Harju County: we carry out what you no longer need, take it to licensed handlers, move what is too heavy to lift and leave the place swept.

Services

Eight kinds of job. From sofa to site.

  1. Furniture removal

Sofas, wardrobes, beds, mattresses and kitchen units. We take them apart when they will not fit through the door, carry them down any stairs and pass usable pieces to a reuse centre.

A sofa, chairs, a rug and a mattress on the pavement beside an open van
  2. Construction waste

Plasterboard, tiles, bricks, timber, insulation and packaging from a renovation. We load bags and loose debris, keep heavy rubble apart from light waste, and send you the handler's receipt for your building file.

  3. Appliance removal

Fridges, freezers, washing machines, cookers, dishwashers and televisions. We carry them out and take them to an electronics recycler, because refrigerants and circuit boards need their own treatment, not a landfill.

A fridge, a washing machine and a cooker lined up on a loading ramp
  4. Garden waste

Branches, leaves, grass cuttings, hedge trimmings, old planters and garden furniture. We bag it or load it loose, and green waste goes to composting instead of the mixed waste stream.

A pile of cut branches and leaf sacks on a lawn beside a trailer
  5. Scrap metal

Radiators, bathtubs, pipes, bicycles, sheet metal and old machinery. We load it by hand or with the tail lift and take it to a licensed metal recycler, not a general waste point.

Old radiators, pipes and a bicycle frame stacked in a yard
  6. Container rental

Containers from 6 to 20 m³ delivered to your yard or site, kept for the days you need, then collected and emptied. Heavy waste such as concrete or soil goes into the smaller sizes.

An empty lime container standing on planks on a driveway
  7. Cargo and loaders

A van with a driver and one to four loaders, booked by the hour. We move building materials, pallets and heavy single items, and loaders can come without the van if you have transport.

Strapped pallets and crates in the back of a lorry, with a hand truck on the tail lift
  8. Premises cleanup

Flats after tenants, cellars, attics, yards and offices after a move. We keep what stays apart from what goes, load everything else, sweep the floor and leave the space ready for the next job.

Why Hoogline

Terms you can check. Before anything is loaded.

  • One crew, one visit

The people who price the job are the people who load it. One crew carries out, loads, hauls away and sweeps up, so nothing waits for a second contractor.

  • Receipts on request

Every load ends at a licensed handler that records what it receives. We pass you that receipt, which is what an accountant or the building register will ask for.

  • Priced before loading

You get the price basis in writing before we lift anything. If the load is bigger than the photos showed, we stop and agree the difference first.

  • We say no

Asbestos slate, paint, solvents and gas bottles need a specialist carrier. We say so on the first call and tell you where they are accepted.

How it works

Three steps, one visit. Nothing left behind.

  1. Step 1

    You send a photo.

Take a picture of what has to go and tell us the address, the floor and whether there is a lift.

  2. Step 2

    You get a price.

Within the hour, in working hours, we reply with the price basis, the vehicle we will send and a time that suits you.

  3. Step 3

    You get the space back.

We carry everything out, load it and sweep up. The handler's receipt comes with the invoice, and you pay once the work is done.

Questions

Asked before every job. Answered here first.

Not listed here? We answer the phone from 08:00 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday.

What do you take, and what do you refuse?

We take furniture, appliances, building and garden waste, scrap metal and cellar clutter. We refuse asbestos slate, paint, solvents, oils and gas bottles, which travel under hazardous waste rules, and everyday bin bags, which stay with your building's regular collection. Tallinn residents can hand in small amounts of paint and batteries free at a city waste station.

How is the price calculated?

In two parts: crew and vehicle time, with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute steps after that, plus disposal per cubic metre, which depends on the type of waste. Stairs without a lift add time, distance inside Tallinn hardly does. Containers have a fixed price per size and rental period. You get this basis in writing before we start.

How soon can you come?

For a van load, usually the same or the next working day. Containers arrive within two working days of the order. Larger clearances start once we have seen photos or the site, normally within three working days. We confirm the exact time slot together with the price.

Do I need to be there?

Only at the start, or not at all. Someone has to show us what goes and what stays, in person or by photos, and let us in. You can leave a key with a neighbour or the building manager, and we send photos of the result when we finish.

Where does the waste go, and is it recycled?

To licensed waste handlers in Harju County. Metal goes to a metal recycler, appliances to an electronics recycler, garden waste to composting and mixed building waste to a sorting plant, where recyclable material is taken out first. Only what cannot be recovered is landfilled. Every load has a handler's receipt.

What documents do companies get?

An invoice and the handler's receipt for every load. For building work in Tallinn, the city asks for invoices, receipts and handover records of construction waste when the building is signed off in the building register, so we keep them ready for you.

How can I pay?

Private clients pay by card or bank transfer once the work is done, on site or from the invoice we send the same day. Companies pay by invoice with 14-day terms. Prices for private clients include VAT, and company quotes show it separately.
